Another great local business. They have cared for our dogs for 7 and 3 years. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The clinical ladies are great. Your pets will be in amazing hands. Highly recommend them.

Long time customer here. However my opinion has changed a bit. Today, we had to take our elderly dog there, to have a checkup which is required to continue her meds for arthritis and pain management, they said blood work is also required I get that I guess. We asked for the minimum since we know she has terminal cancer and has had 2 major surgeries there. Here we are today, and we get there and ask why blood work is required. They explain we agree so the meds can continue. We also asked for a nail trim. So basically a 30 second physical example and they take her back. They come back and they give us the scripts and say they only got 3 paws trimmed because she was super stressed. Go check out pay and then I notice medical waste and the full price of a nail trim. But I guess Im just being petty. Then get home and we get a call and say we need to come back. They say they had a misunderstanding and didnt do the blood work. How unprofessional is that? They say either give the scripts back or do the bloodwork. No offer for a break for our inconvenience. They say again the blood work is required to make sure her body can still handle the meds. But they already sent us home with them. Then the blood work gets done and they said we should get the results by email in 20-30 minutes, here we are about an hour later and they still havent contacted us. So the reason of needing to see bloodwork to check if her liver and kidneys can still take the meds sounds like truth but they seam untrustworthy and money grabbing folks. Might start looking for another vet for our other dog. Because our older wont be going back there.
