Iroofer Contractors

On a brand new home built in 2019-2020. When it rained, we had a roof leak manifesting a troublesome dripping of water in front bedroom leaving a ceiling stain and bucket beneath. We interviewed 3-4 rooferswhose sales pitch after their differing assessments amounted to ran-ta-den-tanran-ta-dencost solutions w/vague warranties. Their song and dance left me uncomfortable. After further research I spoke w/ Christian @ Iroofer. He came and drone surveyed our roof took pictures and explored the attic. He was able to show us where the leak was, showed us both the dollar store builder shingles. He assured us w/a warranty that his repair work was solid. After several rain storms his work has withstood wind and rain. He even had his crew walk the roof nailing down loose shingles and if memory serves me, replace the truly shoddy builder grade loose shingles. I have referred him to my other neighbors who are also happy.

We contacted Iroofer because we were having a problem with a leak in our kitchen. When Cristian arrived he inspected the inside and outside of our roof. They used a drone to capture the external inspection and provided a full report with images. He also explained everything throughout his inside inspection and at the conclusion of the outside inspection. Fortunately our roof inspection turn out okay and his inspection was free of charge. We will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if we have roof problems. Service: Roof inspection
