Try to get my mother law medicine refill. Since October 2. Went up there and called them fine time. This medicine is very important.

Horrible experience every time I bring my mom here. They sit you in the exam room where you wait 1-2 hours sometimes longer for the DR to come in and see you for maybe 5 minutes. Its ridiculous. Definitely need better time management.

Ive never seen a medical office as utterly incompetent as this one. I was referred to them after an ER visit in early February, and it has been a comedy of errors ever since. Every single thing I was told by the office was wrong. They bungled my kidney biopsy scheduling to the point that even the surgeons office was floored with the absolute inaccuracy of the information I was given. Good luck getting a call back from the staff in a timely fashionand when they DO call you backguess what?? They tell you more wrong stuff!! I have never fired a medical provider in my life until I came across this absolute train wreck. Judging by their understandably lackluster reviews, Im not the only one who has had a problem with them. I implore you to keep yourself and your loved ones away from this practice at ALL COSTS.

I don't want to leave 1 star but you have to rate it to leave your comment. I have had many appointments with Dr. Odioemene since 2017, I think. The problem with them is that when you arrive for your appointment, you always have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour before you see the doctor. This happens at every one of my appointments with Dr.. Odioemene. I don't know if this is a problem with only him or if it is an issue with other doctors with the Cobb Nephrology group. Their time management is worse than any doctor I have ever been to in my life. My husband had a 1:30 appointment today, 7-12-21. When we arrived at 1:20, we saw Dr. Odioemene go out to his car, about 10 minutes later we saw him pulling out of the parking spot, at the same time the nurse called my husband to go to the back. We asked why the doctor was leaving and she calmly said "oh, he's going to go get lunch", like it was no big deal. Needless to say, my husband told the nurse that he needs to see his patients before leaving for lunch. We left and are now looking for a new nephrologist for both of us. Actually, when we arrived, there was an elderly lady there for a 1:30 appointment -same as my husband- and the nurse said that the lady wasn't showing as having an appointment but that she would add her to the schedule since she was already there and since she already had her blood work done. The nurse had no plan to tell us that the doctor was leaving until we asked about it.
