I am giving this dental practice a rating of 1 for 1 reason. The person in charge of insurance/payments/communication is a very rude, inefficient and an uncommunicative person. She made numerous errors when filing our insurance, didnt return phone calls, and was very unpleasant to talk to.. However, the rest of the staff is awesome. Their best move would be to replace her with someone that could do the job correctly.

Very unethical on billing. Been going for awhile and have never paid for cleaning or X-rays then I received a bill for it. Was told they dropped out of network and insurance did not pay for all of it. Was never notified that they dropped out of network. When I inquired about this with them they rudely told me they did not have to tell me that they do that as a service for the patients that they are not obligated to tell us. Metlife and Georgia Board of Dentistry and I disagree. I will be filing an ethics complaint.

Great dentistry with kind working professionals. I especially loved Ana! She was very kind and went above and beyond with my dental care!
