We stopped in to look at a certain vehicle and was greeted by Carlos who could not have been more friendly and extremely helpful. Carlos went above and beyond for us to earn our business. We purchased the vehicle and could not be more pleased by the exceptional level of service we received from start to finish by Carlos and Brett. A huge THANK YOU to you both. I would highly recommend to stop in.

I had a great experience at Hardy Superstore. Everybody I dealt with, from Hunter, Ray, to Kyle, was honest, friendly, and easy to work with. I live in Illinois and every dealership I dealt with over the past year has hidden fees, or jacked up prices as soon as I walked through the door. Hunter and his team gave me a great deal, provided me with a breakdown of the price without even me asking, and arranged for shipping. Although I was buying a car without seeing it in person or test-driving, I felt I could trust them. It took them 4 business days to deliver the car and it arrived in perfect condition. They really took care of me and I wish every dealership was like Hardy Superstore. The world would be a better place :)

Worst experience of my life and ended up NOT buying a car from them. Hunter was the person who helped us first. When we got there to look at a car, he seemed friendly and helpful. Even let us test drive the vehicle to another lot to test drive another vehicle. Got back to the dealership and my husband told him where we needed to be at, no exceptions. That if they could get to that number, we'd have a deal. (it was far from a lowball). We go into the office, he takes my keys to have my trade in looked at and we sat there, alone for 15 minutes. When he came back with the paper, it was $3000 over where we told him we wanted to be. I pointed out that he didn't even change any numbers and asked why. His response was "well, i can ask, I just don't know what they'll be willing to do" My husband asked how long it would take this time and he turns around and says "what do you mean?" I said, "my husband is getting hungry and we've already been waiting, so how long is it going to take this time". This guy tells us "well you came to buy a car so I'm assuming you have all day". At that point, I should have gotten up and walked out the door, but we waited, because I loved the car. Hunter never did come back. Never saw him again. Instead, this older guy walks over, touting how great he is...the sent "the closer"...or so they thought. He sits down and proceeds to "school us" on the economy and how "hard" everything is these day. This guy rarely even looked at me, paying more attention to my husband, even though I was the one who the car was being purchased for. He spoke to us like we were idiots who had no idea what we were talking about. He finally lays down a sheet of paper, the same EXACT paper Hunter showed us. The proceeds to tell us that it's just not feasible for this mega dealership to lower the price by $2000 that if we want the car, "we will just need to pay more" I laughed and told him that I use to sit where he was sitting and tell people the same thing he was saying and I knew it was crap, just like he knows it is as well. I let him know that I'm currently in sales and telling people to "just pay more" isn't how you handle negotiations. My husband tells him "well it looks like we just can't make a deal" and the guy stands up and says guess not, then proceeds to walk in front of us, acting like a total jerk. Hunter never once came in to check on us while we were sitting there, nor say thank you for the opportunity, sorry we couldn't make a deal, NOTHING. These men are the worst! They are the definition of USED CAR SALESMEN. They are nice and friendly when they think they will make a sale, but the second you tell them no, they turn into rude jerks. I also had a similar experience with Hardy Chevrolet dealership the previous weekend when a salesman realized he wasn't getting the sale and then proceeded to make snide comments. I will NEVER step foot at ANY Hardy dealership again and will tell everyone how they people treat their customers if they can't make a deal. OH! And that night, we drove to Roswell and bought a Hyundai Palisade Limited, with LESS miles for exactly what we wanted to pay because the staff at RICK CASE Hyundai was freaking amazing!!!!!!!!! They made it happen and that's all we asked for! Hardy, do better with your salespeople. You can't be nice to ONLY the customers who buy a car. If we were treated better, we may have come back, but because of our treatment, now we will never support this business.

About
Hardy Superstore

Hardy Superstore has been in business for four decades. Charles Hardy and his family opened our doors for the first time in 1978. In the ten years prior to opening the dealership, Charles had worked to build business and commerce in Paulding County through his home building business. As a life-long resident, his commitment to the community was deep. Since that time, our family-owned business has continued our commitment to the residents of Dallas. We can always be counted on for great customer service, a wide selection, and great deals.
