        Have always had a good experience at this location well today not so much came into return some core batteries that I had in my garage and on the site it says $10 a battery the hispanic kid at 11:50 1-11-24 working offered to take them but he wasn't going to give me anything for them because they weren't Die Hard batteries nowhere on the site doesn't mention that not to mention showed up to a different Advanced Auto location less then 10 miles away they took them in and was able to give me a new battery so that's why I'm giving one star to this location and most likely will never be back to this location for any of my auto needs

        Eldred sold me a product that I did not need which was 135 DOLLARS! I wish I could be sold what I need and not something the benefits your store sales!

        Visited this store maybe 3 times with today being the last time. One of the visits was the purchase a new car battery and have it installed. Ill spare the details..let just say I think it was the guys first time installing a car battery. Took forever! Todays visit was frustrating as I placed an order on their app last night so I could easily pick it up this morning. I received confirmation email and in the app that the order was received etc. I also received email from my bank that my credit card was charged. So, I arrived at the store and was told their system wasnt showing the order. And he gave me the third degree about when I ordered it, was it for this store, etc etc. Instead of looking to find a solution. He was no help at alland its the same guy who had such a difficult time installing my battery months ago. I was very frustrated and went on the app while I was in the store and canceled the order. I showed the guy my cancellation and went two buildings down to Auto Zone and purchased the items I needed. Advance Auto has lost a long time customer.
