You can never get anyone to answer the phone. And when you go there, you can't talk to anyone except for whoever is up front at the desk. Thank God he was willing to try and help

If i could leave a less than one start rating, I would. I filled out a renewal for my sons insurance in the month of August however, it is stating that his insurance is still in active. I filled out a renewal in person on paper. I have been to the dfacs office three times now each time the office has been closed. I come today the 16th the day after Martin Luther King day and it says that the hours will resume However, the door has been locked each time that I have come up here.
