Barista Abby perks the morning with genuine Friendliness!! Love the decor, extraordinary, and coffee/ Pastries are delicious. We always love the ambience and travel 30 Miles 2x a week. It is our favorite go-to!!!

Just wanted you to know that our airbnb guests had breakfast at bnc today. They could not stop raving about it! They loved the decor and the food! The lady (she's from Thailand), said she had been in alot of coffee places all over the US and had never seen a place like yours. You knocked it out of the ballpark for them!! Keep up the good work girl

Bear Necessities is a lovely place to have breakfast or lunch. Very nicely decorated in an Appalachian Mountain theme throughout. The layout is spacious with different seating areas that accommodate large parties as well as individuals or very small parties. A private room for a meeting of minds or just friends gathering is available at request. One room is a cozy replica of a den and a mountain home that is perfect for coffee and conversation with friends. The lunch entrees do seem to be chef prepared with fresh and high-grade ingredients. I recommend the chicken salad for lunch or the yogurt and fruit or any other breakfast sandwiches for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and very attentive to their guest. I've also experienced their food at a community meeting that was catered to with breakfast sandwiches. Each sandwich was carefully wrapped and had a cute wooden bear pick holding the sandwich together. The bear kind of made my day! Just knowing the care that went into making the sandwich for someone they didn't know made it a little special. Bear Necessities is a must stop if you're in Dahlonega!
