Food items priced higher at this location than most others in N Ga area. They do not give senior discounts here. However, food is good, and dining area is clean

Staff and management is very rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. As a former employee, we were instructed to not give receipts to guests, so they are unable to leave reviews or contact corporate in the event of a mistake. The General Manager Doa(?) has confirmed this on multiple occasions. Furthermore, management would instead leave reviews off the guest receipt instead of letting the guest do it, as intended. I was instructed to do this as well, which was something I didnt feel lightly about, as they are essentially forging perfect ratings.
As a GM, I feel as though you should be open to any and all feedback, and I feel hiding from feedback is merely hurting the business. I truly enjoyed my time at this Taco Bell, and will still frequent, but I hope that better Management comes along who is more prepared to handle the day to day struggles.
