Blackstock Pools, LLC and its owner Danny Blackstock has disrespected me and family by taking $81,000 from us and not producing the detailed specifications on our contract. When we addressed the discrepancy, Danny Blackstock and Benjamin Ballow lied and made excuses for not having the deep end of our pool at 6 feet. We took the company to Gwinnett court and won. We were awarded $4,000 dollars as compensation. They have failed to pay us, and to add insult to injury, Danny Blackstock was sworn in by a judge and lied about his business. He stated Benjamin Ballow did not work for the company. He stated he has no equipment that belongs to the business. He also stated he had no monies in an account that represented the company. All lies to avoid accountability. He will do the same to any of his customers so I WARN you think twice and then some before moving forward with this company. Vile and unscrupulous individuals.

This company has no respect for me and my family. They do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes, and they have gone as far as lying to a judge in Gwinnett County. My godfather is a veteran and honest man. Pay Ray Sterling the monies owed!

I share the home that Blackstock Pools installed an in ground recreational pool. This company has failed to pay my father Ray Sterling the court judgment $4,000 as a result of breach of contract. Danny Blackstock and Benjamin Ballow are dishonest people and attempt to avoid accountability. Here are the court documents that demonstrate they are liars and unprofessional. Also, one occasion Benjamin Ballow the pool install technician entered our property without approval and removed pool framing pieces to place on another pool project. My father confronted him, and Benjamin did disclose he wanted to use pieces from our pool to finish another project as ours was delayed due to concrete pouring delays. This cannot be made up! Blackstock pool didn't make the part of the pool that was supposed to be 6 ft up to par. It was less than 6 ft. Many days passed when they didn't show up to work on the project .We filed a claim that Blackstock owed us for not making the pool deep enough and won the claim in court. Blackstock pool has not paid us as yet for our 4,ooo dollars claim. They are a bunch of dishonest people who try to get by with not completing work according to contract. My advice to anyone out there is don't use this company because you will be left disappointed. Services: General construction, Design
