        Great staff, facility, service and location!

        A member rented the field for a scrimmage. Two teams showed up and Jason refused to give us the field. We had paid already. The poor boys, 8 years old. He would not budge. Told us it was insurance reasons and they dont rent out the field like that. Ok, well first take that option off the website if it is not a service you offer. Second this was booked Saturday and you just noticed Tuesday evening after 6pm when the field was scheduled at 7. No attempt for any accommodation. Also note we had to call back to ask for a refund. Jason was smug and rude and not a care in the world for the children or parents. This facility has gone down hill fast due to poor ownership. Go somewhere else.

        Premier athletics is more than a baseball facility. It is a place of community. The new owners have provided a place for the community to come together, enjoy competitive baseball, and build these kids faith. The state of the art facility allows the kids to train and improve like never before. I know my family and I are thankful for Jason and Melissa, and all that they are doing for the community through this program!

        As a parent, I couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact Premier Athletics has had on my kids. From the welcoming atmosphere to the dedicated coaching staff, they genuinely care about the players' development, both on and off the field. The coaches at Premier Athletics have definitely helped improve my kids' skills. Overall, Premier Athletics has been instrumental in providing the improvement my kids need. It's not just a place to play baseball; it's a supportive community where they can grow and thrive.

        Our daughter needed a little refresher before the spring season starts. She has been working with coach Mark and he has been great with her. Definitely recommend.

The unexpected booking of the field for two teams under a single membership was a first for us, leading to the unfortunate situation you experienced.A critical factor in this scenario was our insurance policy, which strictly requires individual waivers for participants. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, making it practically impossible for us to accommodate the booking as it was.
