        Superior customer service from start to finish. Bryan is amazing. He basically held my hand every step of the way ensuring I knew what was going on. Worked with my schedule and arranged installation and repairs to be the least disruptive to my life. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and treated me like I was a family member rather than someone to make money off of. Followed up after installation to ensure there were no issues after a major rain. We need more Bryan's in the world. Service: Roof installation

        At a time when contractors are barely showing up to give estimates- Good Shepherd showed up on time, gave a competitive quote and then showed up and knocked out the work EXACTLY when they said they would. Mario oversaw our team and we could not have had better service. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

        This company broke my patio table while installing my roof. The guy just threw roofing material aimlessly off my roof causing the glass on my table to shatter. The did not clean up after install. I am still finding nails on my property months later, they also left my attic with a lot of debris. It was a total rush job! I advise anyone looking for a new roof , not to go with Good Sheperd they are a Horrible roofing company Service: Roof repair

        Great workmanship along with excellent customer service. They evaluated the issue (poor workmanship by contractor) made recommendations and provided a warranty on their work. Also, I had been looking to tint the window in my foyer for several months. After taking with Dustin, he sent a crew members and they did an amazing job for a responsible price. You cannot see the seams. Service: Roof repair
