Matt and his team were extremely professional, helpful, and responsive in the process of selling our home. From setting the right sales price to contract negotiations to closing, we felt taken care of and fully represented by the best in the business. We experienced a personal emergency 2 days before closing and Matt immediately rescheduled our portion of the closing signing at the last minute to accommodate our last minutes needs. Anyone selling or buying a home should contact Matt and his team to represent them! I know my mom who will be selling her home in the near future will be using them as well.

Matt Hermes was recommended to us to help us sell our home and he did not disappoint. During our initial meeting, Matt listened as we explained our situation and our desired listing price. He created a strategy to reach that price, explained his process and expected steps, and on the first day on the market we had multiple showings - receiving an offer above the listed price on the first day.
