Children and Teen Dental of Georgia - Hamilton Mill/Dacula

This was probably one of the worst experiences Ive had at a childrens dental office. This office used to be so nice and clean, and now it looks absolutely horrible. The office honestly doesnt look it has been cleaned in months. Their cabinets and drawers are falling apart and covered in dust and stained with, I dont even want to know what it is. The chairs have seen better days. And the staff, my child absolutely adores Elizabet! Heather is my childs favorite hygienist, she is just amazing at what she does, and Abbey is so kind and makes sure everything is explained well to my child. These 3 ladies are amazing! I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. The manager is probably the worst of them all, shes rude, always on her phone, and Ive even seen her what looked like shopping online and FaceTiming quite often. Not professional. And the Doctor, she is rude and rough with the procedures, my child waits so long to get a simple 20 minute filling done and it takes her over an hour because we have to wait so long for her, shes in her office on her phone scrolling through whatever it is. We will not be returning for our next visit, we found a better more caring doctor.

It is very very great place to go it has toys at the end the dentist are very nice you play some games to wait into your turn
