Will not be using this carrier for future shipments. Asked for a quote for an FTL shipment straight dock to dock. We negotiated the rate and came to an agreement. He was provided the pickup date and time and the delivery date. I prepared the BOL and docs and he then asked if delivery could be 1 day earlier. The consignee was closed the 2 days prior to the agreed delivery date. Then he wanted to pickup the shipment 2 hours later than the agreed pickup time. I informed him these dates and times were imperative. This pickup was scheduled for a 9:00am pickup. I already the times arranged with the shipper as he was hiring people to be there at that time to load the truck. everything is all set and he wants to change all the perimeters for the pickup and the delivery. He knew in advanced these details before agreeing with the rate as it was provided to him. So Monday morning comes and i see he sent an email on Friday after our closing hours and did not want to pickup at 9:00am, and wanted increase the rate 300.00 USD because the delivery was Thursday and he wanted to deliver Wednesday. I do trucking all over US and Canada with cross border and i will never use this carrier again. All the details were provided to him from the beginning and he wanted to change everything to his convenience and his expense. I find allot of these independents will agree to anything to get the shipment, then try and change your arrangements and charge more $$. This is what is killing the industry with these fly by night truckers. They are not honorable, trustworthy or professional. They are increasing more and more as everyone can see the last 15 years the trucking industry is getting worse. BMX Transport is just another added to the list. Left me hanging last minute to arrange the shipment and I lost it as the customer was not happy. This is a regular customer who move these same shipments all over the US and Canada. You are not an honorable person Dario.....noted. He wouldn't even answer my emails after he dropped my shipment....
