        I was very leery about leaving my prior auto insurance carrier, since I've been them for 20 yrs. However, after many conversations (both verbal & online) with agent, Crissy Swartz, I really felt I had no other choice than to switch my coverage to Allstate. I really wish I had made this switch alot sooner!
