If I could leave zero stars I would. Couldnt understand the person speaking in the intercom ordering. Everything on the receipt is correct but manage to give any condiments that were requested and on the ticket. Always missing food in the bag. Dont ask a customer to pull up to the next window or parking spot and just drop the food and run off.

The service is terrible! Ive been here about 10 times and every time Im here its extremely slow. I wait in the drive through at the second window for smoothies or breakfast sandwiches for 15, 20mins every time. Cars and cars are passing me that come way after me while I wait for a mango smoothie. Ive even done an online order and waited for someone to bring my food but had to go in to get it since NO ONE came out! Terrible service for a new place

We were super excited at the thought of having a new McD so close to home. Every time we have gone, there is always drama. They cant get the order right, or dont know what the cheeseburger bundle is, or no milkshakes or only accepting cash, or we are out of fries. What??! How do all these things happen at a new location?? Makes no sense. DO BETTER! For now, we will take a pause at this location and go back to our trusted Grayson location!!
