        The Clinkscales are simply the best hosts and owners of this exquisite establishment. They have totally transformed a piece of history with this gorgeous building built in 1870 yet have maintained old world charm with a modern and eclectic vibe. The inside space is amazing to see with each room having its own vibe and dcor significant with vintage and new pieces married in sheer beauty. The outdoor space with wrap around porch and green beautiful landscape spotted with large trees and blooms is a perfect for backdrop for the guest of honor and their entourage at any special intimate event.         Circa Space is the place where old world charm meets new world technology! After a year of COVID, its time to venture out and reconnect with others. Circa Spaces provides you with the opportunity to work and play in a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. Booking your rooms are as easy as ABC and all this can be done remotely. My favorite room to have my meetings is the Black/White Parisian style decor. Thanks to the owners, the Clinkscales for revitalising this building!

      BETTER THAN CO-WORKING, IT'S PRO-WORKING LIFE SPACES. The journey to Circa1870 began in 2019. While looking for land to park our personal RVs, we came across this conveniently located property near the intersection of Hwy 316 and Sugarloaf Parkway at 491 Harbins Road in Dacula. The land had a building, first built in 1870, that was in desperate need of renovation, from the foundation to the roof to the trees; almost everything inside and outside needed lots of love and attention!
