Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

During my visit for an oil change to this Dacula location the service was completed incorrectly. The oil change seemed fine upon leaving the location, but one thing I did notice is that the tech started the safety check that is typically done, but didn't go past me revving the gas and no other safety checks were done. Upon returning home I noticed the smell of oil, but I didn't think anything of it, as I just had an oil change completed. I thankfully went out to my car around lunch time, at this time I still smelled oil and discovered that I had a huge puddle of oil that had leaked in my garage and driveway. I immediately drove to the Buford location and my check engine light came on along the way. The Buford team was incredibly apologetic and promptly rectified the situation by performing a new oil change and thoroughly cleaning as much as they could at no additional cost. Their swift response and exceptional service were highly commendable. Subsequently, I contacted the manager at the Dacula location to address the issue and was initially offered a voucher for a free oil change, which is insulting. Upon further prompting by me for more action the manager said that I could swing by and they would clean off my car. I live in Buford, it's over 20 mins to "SWING" by the location that I just spent over $100 to get an oil change at. Upon further prompting the manager agreed that he would call me on Monday 3/11/24 to schedule a time to send someone out to clean up their mess in my garage and driveway. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication on either March 11th or today, March 12th. I called the Dacula location again on March 13th and was told they had lost my phone number and didn't have a way to contact me, convenient. The manager said he was waiting on me to call him back to get it scheduled even though we had previously agreed on a date and time period. No one came all week and they finally scheduled someone to come out Saturday to power wash the areas that had oil in my garage and driveway, it did not come out and have not heard anything else from the Dacula location in any type of form of follow up. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of follow-up and resolution after the inconvenience and potential damage caused by the incomplete service. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to address and rectify such matters promptly to uphold the reputation of your establishment as well as to make customers feel like you care.

Excellent customer service. They did not charge me for an alignment even though the Dealership falsely said I needed one done. The did the analysis and showed none needed.

We absolutely love Tire Engineers. They are always do a quality job on all our vehicles. They are pleasant, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are quick as well!
