        I was promised windows in 3-4 weeks , I called at 4 weeks no windows, waited till week 9 to call ,but never had updates or calls since week 4

        I was very impressed with the companies product and service. They are not inexpensive but with security doors you want a solid and reliable product, which they provide. They were willing to work with me on the price and that helped since their initial quote was very high. I would recommend them.
