Bill, the manager charged me for an extra day for uhaul truck and dolly despite the uhaul representative adding me additional 4 hours as courtesy since the unloading guys I booked using uhaul app landed late by 2 hours. He insisted that theres no mention of free hours when the rep added those hours. He heard the recording I had with uhaul rep where I requested to extend drop off time by couple of hours and the rep stating shell take care of it. I asked him why he thinks the reservation only extended for 4 hours and not for a day?!! Hell not consider the reason of extension and wont stop from charging me. This location closed at 4:30 pm. When I arrived at the location to drop off at 7:15 pm, I had to struggle finding a parking spot. All parking slots had cars.

This is last place to visit for U-Haul truck. Dont follow the location timings in Google or website, because the representatives wont be here during the business hours. There is no drop box for keys as well. You definitely ended up with a worst U-Haul pick up and delivery experience. The U-Haul representatives will call make you to use this facility for pickup the trucks with instructions which wont work here.

Wow, I pulled up, 1 older trailer and 1 truck in a side lot of a mechanic place. Kinda sketchy guy walks out and says nothing. I said hi, who do I speak to about renting a truck? He says no, nobody here for a truck. Turns his back and walks away. Don't waste your time here. (I'm posting this from the parking lot).
