My new husband and I booked our honeymoon to Punta Cana, DR with the help of Twila! We ran into a small issue once we made it to our destination, and she was there to help in every way! She made sure we had the best possible experience! Other than that we had an amazing time at the all adult Breathless Resort and Spa! The best pool parties I have ever been too!!! Their entertainment staff were incredible, as well as all the other staff! Punta Cana was beautiful! You definitely have to go to Monkeyland!! Thank you Twila for being available pretty much at all times, and thank you for planning our perfect honeymoon!

Hats off to Twilla Hughes Service. I was assistant in setting up my online travel information. All my questions and email was answered properly. Many suggestions was made to make my trip enjoyable. I recommended them to family and friends. My Oceanfront View was spectacular

***UPDATE *** FINALLY, a response from Twila. I expected an email reply, but this is fine too. - had Twila replied in a timely manner, we wouldn't have to post reviews on the website to get answers. - the airport transfers were included in the price of the tour. Twila said since we aren't using them on arrival, she can charge $90, (without telling us until we saw the last invoice) for departure. - we haven't been refunded the money. - if I can call Cosmos to ask questions answers, Twila can too. Sadly only SHE can get the answers. - the gentleman at Cosmos really wanted to help, but can only talk to one person - Twila. LESSON LEARNED- If a travel agent is needed, choose an agency with multiple agents. Then if your agent is *indisposed*, maybe another agent can help you with your imminent departure questions. Original post: Twila was inattentive and didn't seem to care about us once she got our deposit. She repeatedly gave excuses why she can't get information for us. The most recent was she is on another personal vacation, and"drank too much wine at dinner to answer our questions, and we need to respect that!" We couldn't get answers directly from the tour operator because Twila booked the tour. Very unprofessional! Don't waste your time or money!
