Anthony and his team recently helped us with a master bath remodel, and we could not be happier. This company has its act together! Everyone that we dealt with Anthony, James (and crew), Tiffany, and Thiago (and crew) -- were all professional, skilled, and highly responsive to our questions/concerns. Our remodel project went very smoothly. After briefly speaking with Anthony and accepting his quote for the work we wanted done, the first person we worked with was James. He came out to our house several times before the work began to review what we wanted and to answer our questions. He was super knowledgeable regarding all aspects of construction and offered helpful suggestions on how we might proceed. The next person we met was Tiffany. She ran interference for me with our tile supplier, checked with me daily when the install began, and always answered my texts or emails within minutes. Thiago and his crew installed our bathroom shower, tub, and floor tile. They did a fantastic job, with great attention to details, laying large, heavy, porcelain tiles. Upon completion, James and Thiago performed a final inspection and assured us that if we found anything amiss, they would correct. Everyone did a great job, and we were very satisfied. In summary, Anthony and his team are the best. They truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond to make you happy! James just walked out the door after doing a final quality inspection. This completes what has been a wonderful experience with Bovenzi Tile. They totally remodeled our bathroom and we are THRILLED with the results. Built a new walk in shower with a custom bench and custom niche, using a variety of tiles. They installed new cement board and floor tiles in the shower area, water closet, linen closet and clothes closet. They put up new sheet rock where the old shower came out. EVERYONE who came into our house to work was well groomed, polite, professional and very eager to please. There was constant communication. Some days we had calls and visits from multiple employees to make sure we were happy. Anthony Bovenzi is just the nicest guy I've ever hired to work in my home. We both lived in the same area of upstate NY, and this led to some great conversations. When I had questions about the work (sometimes stupid questions) he patiently explained things so that I could completely understand what was being done and why. As others have commented, I got multiple quotes and most of the other companies never followed up. Anthony and James were always available by phone, text or email. This was very reassuring. It's also important to mention that the cost was very fair. We talked about a budget and Anthony made it work. There were no surprises or upcharges. We were given expert advice before and during the project. We decided to make a couple of changes based on how things looked at different stages. Anthony was very fair about this; he told me what they had to do, what materials were involved, and what the cost would be. We read all the glowing reviews before hiring Bovenzi Tile. We were like "can they REALLY be this good?" After spending two weeks with them (I'm retired), I'm convinced that these are great people who take pride in doing great work at a fair price. Want to thank Anthony and his amazing team for our recent primary bathroom remodel . He and his team brought our design visions to life and couldnt be happier with the results . Anthony was so helpful and offered some great ideas during the design process . A big shout out to James,Tiffany ,Scott ,Steve and Allen for delivering the most beautiful space . Always professional and extremely responsive to all our design needs and questions throughout the process . This includes all the other players involved in this project ,the plumber, ,electricians , Floor & Decor and Vanessa at Legacy Counter tops ! Everyone came together and made a spa like space that I intend to enjoy for years to come . thank you all ! Anthony Bovenzi and his crew are the best. Bovenzi Tile remodeled my guest bathroom. Initially I was apprehensive because I did not know anything about remodeling. Anthony explained the process to me and went with me to select the materials.The crew was top notch and professional.The bathroom looks so amazing until I decided to add glass doors. I could not imagine covering up such beautiful tile.If you are thinking about remodeling, dont hesitate to call Bovenzi tile. Tell them Val sent you!
