Customer service through their virtual assistance inside the office is excellent. They promply responded and were very helpful each time I had a question. There was easy access to the storage unit and lots of security.

We really enjoyed our storage in the two units that we had. The People in the office were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us with all the trucks coming in and out of our storage constantly. Thank you!!!

I signed up for around $130 a month, and in less than two years, my rate jumped to $192 a month for a 10x10 . For 3 weeks now and 4 reach out inquiries , I've been trying to get ahold of the owners. I have left phone calls and emails and no response.
Choosing a new company this week. Units are nice but the price increase is very unfair . What's it going to be next year, $300 a month? WAY cheaper storage out there. Buyer beware
