We worked with Jackie in 2015 and 2022. She helped us buy our lake house in 2015 and was great to work with as we learned about the lake. She really helped us select the prefect house for us at that time. In 2022 we decided to sell our lake house and we called Jackie to help us list the property. The people she used to photograph the property were outstanding and the listing write up was excellent. We had lots of people seeing the property and it wasn't long before we had an offer. She helped us navigate the negotiation process, all the way to closing. I highly recommend her.

I have known Jackie for years. She has helped us sell 2 homes - the second of which was a luxury home on Lake Lanier that just anyone could not sell. It took knowledge of the lake and the lake market, and the ability to work with very particular niche Buyers. And it required tons of perseverance and patience! Were looking for our next home, and cant imagine not doing it with Jackie!

I found Jackie through an internet search and called her due to her high ratings. She is very friendly and professional. She made herself available to view homes with us for several months. In this crazy market, you have to jump as soon as a home is available and she did. We actually negotiated our contract New Years Eve. She also helped me sell my current home and we had 9 offers within hours of our listing. She is wonderful to work with. She definitely lived up her her 5 star rating and then some.
