In this organization you really dont get to see Dr. Jones. You see a PA. And all of the PAs I have seen in 8 years, have been extremely mediocre. I am in search of a new doctor now, where I can really work with a doctor. The therapists here are complete idiots. Its a money machine only. I am only sorry I didnt get out of this mess sooner. They love to charge you for missed appointments so be aware. The PAs dont get educated on new drugs or new therapies.

I found GA Behavioral Health, Dr. Jones and his staff to be professional and compassionate.  They worked with my insurance company to ensure my treatment was covered. I drove a good distance, multiple times a week for several months and it was worth it.  Recommended!

I'd like to give a huge hug to Brenda.  You will probably meet her when you check in for your appointment.  She has been with Dr. Jones and his staff for several years.  She always has a smile on her face when I've come in for my appointments.  A warm hug waiting if I needed it. I don't know Brenda's last name; I feel as though she's been a good friend for many years.  Thank you so much, Miss Brenda!!  I've appreciated your kindness and warmth!!

I wish there was an option for no stars but, sadly, there is not. I have never in my life been treated the way I was at this practice. I have been a patient here for at least a year and they have provided my medication management for depression. I did everything asked of me, kept my appointments, etc. As time went on, and the medications were not working as well as we had hoped, I began to miss more and more time from work from dealing with this. The office kept pushing for TMS and I advised them I wanted to try all routes first. In May, I agreed to the TMS as that seemed to be my only option. During that time, I also asked for them to sign some FMLA paperwork in order to help with my job. They advised me that "they would IF I scheduled" TMS (another sign that is all they cared about). I advised them that I had already signed up for TMS and they finally agreed to send the papers. Two weeks following, and the FMLA company called to advise that they missed one spot.  I notified the office and they, again, refused to complete the form "unless I start TMS". I advised them that I had already schedule TMS and that I felt they were more concerned in getting my insurance money from TMS than my well-being. Two weeks following, I got a letter releasing me as a patient. In that letter, it stated it would call in 30 days supply of medication which was never done.Today, July 3, 2018, I called and asked again for my medication to be called in as their letter stated. They transferred me to a lady named Patty who was incredibly rude and unprofessional, may God bless the people that have to be friends with that woman. She stated "you have bad mouthed the company and if you need medication go to the ER". When I asked how I had bad mouthed the company, her response "you said we care more about TMS than your well-being"...wow, girl needs to learn what bad mouthing truly is. I think the fact that they release me as a patient because I asked for FMLA paperwork is a true sign they care nothing about their patients. Patty also had a few other choice words and abruptly hung up the phone. If I were to ever talk to a patient like that (and I'm in the medical field), I would be fired, no question asked. Sadly, I doubt anything will be done to anyone in this office so I am doing my part to let the public know. If you have a mental health issue, this is NOT the place to go. They do NOT care about your well-being or anything other than making money on their big ticket treatment options. I honestly do not know how anyone in this office can claim to work and understand mental health but yet discharge a patient who has been nothing but kind to them. They clearly do not care that their actions cause added undue stress on someone who is already struggling. My hope is this company will one day be forced to close their business but until then, please please do not support them! I promise, they just want your insurance money.
