        I first used Toi Toi by their original business name which I was pleased with the service and cost, now its Toi Toi and the service is still good, barring off job site abusers and public convenience I have put combination locks on to keep off hours abusers out and keep the unit in decent shape, Im paying $25 more then the competitors but our up tic in cost are everywhere

        Service has been great. The young guy who comes to clean has done a great job. However, their billing practices leave a lot to be desired. Against my better judgement, I set them up on auto pay because of the local folks. But, when I looked at my current credit card statement, I had two (2) months billing on the same day. When I called to have them reverse the 2nd one, I was told that's how their autopay works. Depending on when the month ends, you could get billed for 2 months at the same time. This should definitely be told to customers going in. Our monthly bill is $116.43. So, on Aug. 14 we got billed for that amount twice. No apologies, no nothing except to say that's how it works. So, like previous auto-pay experiences, it was a FAIL. I have removed the auto-pay and will now pay them monthly going forward ON THE SAME DAY EVERY MONTH FOR ONE (1) MONTH!

        My staff denied working at the site today as toilet was not cleaned for many weeks. I took photos and videos today, there are large number of bugs moving inside the toilet chemical container. I felt very sorry for the staff. And I felt let down by the company. I have attached photos too. The video of moving bugs large and thus not uploaded. They have not been keeping cleaning service records either. Similar issue happened earlier this year, wherein they could not provide cleaning records for other site. Only response I have is that we can get it cleaned.
