We used mr clean plumbing for the first time on Tuesday we had a leak in our basement that was putting water on the floor every time we would use our washer.after explaining the problem to Frankie he went to work on trying to fix our problem.after working to correct the problem it turned out to be a problem that could not be fixed quickly.Frankie was very determined to try and fix our problem temporarily until other repairs could be done.Frankie was very knowledgeable and courteous while trying to fix what turned out to be a very stubborn problem.we will be having mr clean plumbing and Frankie back to correct this problem.I highly recommend this company and especially Frankie. The response time to an online inquiry occurred within minutes of a form being submitted; they wanted to ensure that it be sure it was not an emergency situation. The staff worked quickly to set up an appointment. The personnel were efficient, skills, and courteous in the completion of the job we needed done.

They are by far the best plumbing company that I have ever used. Justin went above and beyond to get the Hot water heater in a timely fashion. Frankie was one of the most knowledgeable and down to earth guys that I have met in a long time! These guys are amazing. Do not look anywhere else! They are honest,hardworking and very reliable!!! I would NEVER recommend Mr. clean drain plumbing to anyone! This company COMPLETELY dropped the ball and left my family without water/hot water for 8 days and has done absolutely NOTHING to resolve the situation. Instead of coming back out to our home to see why our water heater was leaking ,not even 48 hours after a plumber from me clean drain plumbing physically “checked” it, they wanted to argue over rather it was included in the work order or not, WITHOUT even checking the original work order first and gave us the run around for days over it!. Even our home owners insurance became frustrated with dealing with this company and ended up hiring someone else to fix the leak. It took all of 5 minutes for the new plumber to find out the problem and get the process for our insurance claim started. AND the problem was apparently something the plumber from this company should have noticed in his check, that we paid for! So this whole situation could have possibly been avoided…. Mr clean drain plumbing only cares about their bottom line and not their customers. The plumber and employees of this company knew small children and dogs lived here as well and that we NEEDED running water and they still did not think it was their responsibility to return to the property or offer any type of solution or compensation. Even after finding the original work order that proved them liable for the repairs. Save yourself the headache and grief, spend your money with a plumbing company that cares and won’t give you the run around when they are at fault. Service: Toilet repair
