Dr. Podray and all of her office staff are so kind and welcoming, and the space is beautiful and very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Podray took over Dr. Hunter's practice. I had to get braces on my bottom row. I paid the money up front and the results were great. I had a permanent retainer put in my mouth, and after 1.5 year the wire broke. Naturally, i called to schedule an appointment to have the permanent retainer fixed. I was told that Dr. Podray charges $84.00 a tooth. I was insulted, as a former customer the retainer should have been fixed for free or at least a $50.00 charge for service. Needless to say, she is on the southside of town once a week. If your braces break(and it does) you have to wait a week or travel a hour away. Horrible customer service. I had to go to another Orthodontist to get my permanent retainer fixed

Cant say enough positive things about this practice! We absolutely love it here! Dr. Podray is the absolute sweetest! I dont think I have ever seen her without a smile on her face! My daughter is very comfortable with her and the rest of the staff! The admin staff is also very friendly! Always happy and helpful when checking in and out and over the phone! SO glad we found them!
