Went into the store for some individual assistance and was told that because we did not schedule an appointment, the Store agent would have to stop helping us if she got another customer. She made us feel very undeserving and that we were a lower class than she. Obviously, she did not want to help us or want our money. She made several derogatory comments. I hope it was because we were dressed in very casual clothes and not in what are her standards. In a world where you can be anything, always be kind because its the right thing to do. I would not recommend this store.

WOW just WOW! I cannot say enough about Brits and the team. I have placed at least 15 special orders from them in the last two years for both me (Mom) and my sons. Each and every order arrived as ordered and perfect. I cannot say enough about the entire team going above and beyond for their customers. Once you start shopping at Brits, you won't stop! Watch out. :)

This place rents out Jims formal wear suites and they are absolutely horrible!! There is no communication between anyone who works there. My husband and his groomsman got suits from there and they all look different. Called to complain and was told well thats what you ordered. And that was absolutely not what we ordered. They were rude. Do not go to this place.

Love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is incredible. I needed something last minute and they stayed open late so I could get what I needed and didn't feel rushed. Thank you, thank you!
