        I am using this service for more than a year. As a new community HOA is really strict with weeds and I never had any complaint from HOA on my lawn to date.

        They assured a lime application but only applied weed killer, and not even across the entire backyard. It seemed like a waste of money. Despite requesting a follow-up, I received no response. Manager Al mentioned they'd do the lime application next time and charge me again. Awful serviceI won't recommend it, and I'm contemplating canceling my subscription with Heroes, as are my neighbors. If the promised re-application isn't delivered, it'll only solidify our decision. And I want a refund for whatever charged
