Cannot get anyone to return calls to get help with my illness. I will be choosing a Rheumatologist that actually cares about his patients.

I have been trying to get help with my crippling psoriatic arthritis. I have done everything this office has directed me to do. I have seen 3 different doctors, have had labs done and cannot get anyone to call in the biologics I need to start fixing the root problem of my debilitating pain. I leave messages and wait for returned calls. When I call back I am told my messages were never received. Please dont waste your time with this practice. I have spent a lot of money over the last month and I am still exactly where I was a month ago. It seems they are in a hurry to see as many patients as possible but not follow through to get them the help they need. I give them Zero stars. Caitlin, the P.A. Is very genuine and amazing, and so are a few other front desk ladies and assistants. The office manager is rude and better suited for prison guard work and Dr. Kahn was just mean and uncaring the 2 minutes I spent with him. Its not hard to be kind. And when you are a doctor, it is your job to care.

My wife first went in with symptoms. Dr. Khan was so rude. We found out that she had CMV and almost died. At the moment she has 4 different types of autoimmune disease. She went in this last time and seen his nurse. They had some blood work ordered. Called and called for the results. Nothing. Finally my wife had to go in. They said everything is fine we'll see you later. No follow up appointment. Gave her a sheet of a medicine that could help her. Told her to see if a regular doctor could put her on it. Come to find out it's a medicine that only a Dr. Khan can prescribe.
