Spencer Insurance

We have been a customer of Spencer Insurance for the past 37 years. We have purchased homeowners, auto, liability and life insurance through Spencer Insurance. They always are willing to take the time to explain the policies and help us understand what we are purchasing. During renewals, they are always looking after our best interest making sure we get the best insurance policy for our current needs. I can't say enough about the great customer service we have received from them.

Reviews indicate they are great. My experience was bad. I called and reached "Mary" to ask for quotes for 2 homes and 3 autos. I provided IN DETAIL, my current rates, home specifics, claims histories, etc - this took a bit of time to go into a lot of detail but was happy to provide it. She was very nice. I received a call a few days later from a lady that was clueless. She couldnt specify which quotes were for which car, which house, etc. She acted like she was suprised that she was supposed to. She said they don't break it down, just whole quotes. I clearly had asked for separate quotes. She began to ask for all my specifics AGAIN. I was very irritated at this point and impatient since it takes time to look up the same info I had already provided. She said she didn't have ANY of the info and at the end of the conversation said I must have talked with the OTHER Mary in the office. Well, that makes sense but didn't help with the wasted time and irritation. I asked for the breakdown and if she could get the info I provided from the other Mary. She said she would. Now I've been ghosted. Not a professional group or maybe they just don't want new business if it takes more than throwing a net type of quote. Just my experience.......

Absolutely the best people hands down and the rates are wonderful. Ive been using this company for over 10 years and have no intentions of changing.
