I am thoroughly impressed with this KID FRIENDLY hotel! It is extremely clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Actually, the lady at the front desk greeted me in such a kind and cheerful way that I instantly felt satisfied with my stay. Walking down the halls and to the elevator, the smell of freshly cleaned was reassuring. The rooms are SUPER cute! Everything a family with kids could possible need. Immaculately cleaned rooms as well! Breakfast has some great options I have really seen in a hotel ( full breakfast sandwiches and bowls). Pros: Clean Roomy Kid/ family friendly Full fridge/ freezer Microwave (a BIG one) Dishwasher Dishes Coffee maker Indoor pool Free hot breakfast Super comfortable pillows Located near everything without being loud or over busy Friendly and helpful staff and management Plenty of lighting in the room Great storage and work space. Cons: (reason I give 4/5 stars) Rooms are not quite as soundproof as I would have hoped. (It has been a long time since I stayed in a hotel, so maybe I just forgot how it is). Room temperature at night was a little funny. I guess with no movement near the thermostat, it kept returning to 72 (which I personally find too hot to sleep, but may be great for some). Could use a thicker/ softer blanket for the sofa sleeper bedding. The big bottles of shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash/ lotion are great for the environment, but not really ideal for me personally. Not really trusting someone didnt tamper with them (its more of germaphobic issue in my own crazy way of thinking. (I forget mine, so it was useful and they smelt great). Ice machine is only on one end of the hall, so if youre at the other end, you have some walking to do. All-in-all, I will definitely select this hotel next time Im in the area. They set some high standards for other Home2 Suites locations. Ill expect nothing but the best from them here out, thanks to this location.

We stayed in a studio king suite with a kitchenette: apartment size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, etc. Signs say stove top available on request, we didn't try it. An oval table on casters tucks under the desk area, but can easily be moved over to the couch to serve as a dining or game table, or a second desk area. Windows have good blackout shades for sleeping and privacy sheers for letting in light. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Lighting in the bathroom was a little dimmer than I like so we just propped the door to let in extra light from the kitchen. The walk-in shower had conveniently placed handrails and a toe hold in the corner for shaving. Laundry machines in the gym area were expensive, but good for large loads and accepted tap payments so at least we didn't have to figure out how to get that many dollars in quarters. The lobby is large and comfortable with multiple seating areas great for meals, business, or casual conversations. There are multiple outdoor lounge areas that also looked very comfortable. The hotel is located right next to The Collection shopping center, with lots of restaurants and a CVS pharmacy that had most of the basic grocery items. Food & drinks: Coffee and tea available all day. Breakfast 6-9 on weekdays, 6-10 on weekends. Waffle maker, bagels, muffins, toast, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast scrambles, omelettes, hot and cold cereal, granola, yogurt, juice and hot cocoa. Water bottles and a small selection of snacks and sweets available for purchase at the front desk 24/7. The Collection shopping center is in a connected parking lot. There are lots of fun restaurants, some new and unique, some of the standard big chains. Some fancy, some casual. Check out Chick'nCone for amazing icecream and shakes. Noteworthy details: We stayed several weeks and during that time at least 3 different age groups of kids came through for sports matches, as well as a couple family -friendly business conferences. The kids were always polite and happy, but occasionally needed reminding not to run in the halls. It didn't bother us a bit, but was mentioned by others in our party at breakfast occasionally.

I stay here every time I'm back in Georgia visiting family and always have a pleasant stay. Most recent trip, I messed up my booking but Shante sorted me out with a smile at a very early hour. I recommend this place
