        Our homes basement water system was installed while rotting. Very bad customer service with SR. Inner paint is very cheap, while claiming to be Valspar.

        Looking past the poor/cheap interior paint job and the absolutely horrific caulking all throughout our home (that is 1.5 years old) we now have major water damage in 4 spots of our kitchen due to this builder not properly sealing the outdoor siding/flashing. Contacted the builder to see if they would make it right and they refused due to no active warranty truly buyer beware at this price point its AWFUL to already be dealing with water damage inside of our practically brand new home. Plan to contact our neighbors to see if this is a current issue for anyone else. All of the cheap corners cut are going to cost us thousands of dollars to correct.
