        We were looking for new home and thought of visiting Toll brothers at Crest Brooke. When we arrived, we were not greeted by representative. She was talking with someone who I think already booked the lot. I waited but she didn't pay any attention. Then another sales agent came in. She just right way went to her office without greeting us. We were like stunned. I understand this community sold very fast and some of them might not be serious buyer. This was the first time I experience zero professionalism from new construction seller agent. I went to Amberwood at Smith douglas and they greeted us so nicely and were so enthusiastic. I really admire Toll brothers but they should have a system to get review about their sales agent.
