        Definitely very bad customer service. The home in North Cove that I own was built about more than three years ago. Their construction manager came to me stating that they need to remove the sidewalk and replace it with grass due to their plans to city submitted that way. Nobody in the community had any issue with existing sidewalk since it has been already there for 3 years and it was looking pretty neat and clean. Now, since they removed the sidewalk, it has been over 2 months. I have been trying to have them come and fix it for two weeks and no result. Very bad communication. If you will not be able to get it done so long, why are you touching it?
