      image I am enjoying it, but I have a hard time getting there with the class times offered as a working person. I wish they had more weekend options on Saturday and a class or two on Sunday.

      image This is Heaven for beginners . Specially, for me the girl who doesnt like to exercise at all but to my surprise, I cant live without it anymore. I love the program of 35 minutes in and out. I love how all the instructors are so detailed and so fun and so kind. Everyday youre doing something new. They encourage you so very much . I think this is the best thing I have done to myself in probably 20 years. The Coaches are just phenomenal . Ann & Ginger are my absolute favorite . LOVE This place . Definitely a must try!!!
