Edit years later- Still bad, went for an appointment on time. Dr. took very long to get to me causing my one hour appointment to overextend. I got billed for the extended visit. Ive called and left vm for two weeks, no one had replied. My bill is overdue by this point. They suck so much The medical service itself is really good, but their schedule service is trash. You cant schedule and appointment a week in advance for anything minor like knee pain or allergies. I tried making an appointment twice; first time the lady told me that I had to call next week if I wanted an appointment for that week, it was a Thursday already! Second time I called on a Monday and this lady told me that they only take same day appointments

Like to start off with the receptionist she was very rude and blunt I didnt appreciate the way she treated other patient waiting to get called by the doctor. I had asked a question and I was still left very confused, I didnt feel welcomed at all. From my perspective I saw some Spanish speakers struggling to communicate with her Im pretty sure her name is Laura. The other Receptionist was kind and sweet she made me feel better about my visit as well as the doctor was very sweet and helpful , loved them. I would give this place a 2 star only because I didnt feel welcomed and felt as if I was not valued as a patient there with the receptionist, the company needs to make better choice with who they place on the front desk and put more positive, helpful, and kind people here. The only reason I would come back to Georgia highland is for the doctors because they cared for me and helped but , for me to see that receptionist I would be very VERY hesitant to come back. Hope management sees this because I saw a real issue.
