George came through for us on a very short notice over the Memorial Day weekend. Literally one hour before a wedding party, the alarms for the septic system started going off as the pump has failed. George came right over, and diagnosed the problem. The pump was stuck and buried as it appeared to have failed for a while. Initial attempts to get it out failed so he got his crew to come out and they were able to get it out. He replaced the pump and we were up and running within four hours. A huge disaster was averted. We hired this company to come and empty our septic tank. We advised that a former company had taken advantage of us. They opened up our tank and saw a multitude of problems. One of which the part the previous company installed was not done properly. Our leach fields were not draining. Our septic was a mess. They explained everything thoroughly to us. Andrew and Jason worked in the rain to get us fixed. Even though we told them they could come back another day. When they left you could hardly tell they were here. I asked Andrew what if we have a problem. He said call us right away. No problems so far! Thank you Andrew and Jason! We appreciate you and next time I will bake you some cookies! Great company, came out and exceeded my expectations. Located my septic and gave me his expert opinion on what was going on with it. I would recommend his services and will use them in the future.
