Business closed in 2016

This is my second time getting lettering done for our teams soccer uniforms and I've had two great experiences. They were even so patient with me as I sorted out the team sizes and uniforms. They had friendly interactions with everyone who came in. Also after so many washes, there is no sign of peeling or letter damage. They definitely do a quality job. We'll definitely be back!

Horrible customer service. Ordered items 4 weeks before the start of the season and they still not have been delivered (we are on week 2 of the season). Brad (the owner) is lazy and will mislead you. I have been told the machine was broken, supplies are on back order, the order is being done in bulk. All of this because the owner is lazy and dis organized. I strongly urge you not to use this business. If this was a one off instance I probably would not have posted but I have similar stories from 3 coaches and 4 other parents that order from this company. Very sad you can not trust a local business.
