        If you use tricare dental program, with United Concordia, do not go to this location. They do not know what they are talking about. Tried explaining that I did not need an ACN number but they would not listen. I provided my DOD benefits number but they didnt even bother looking it up, or we wouldnt have had an issue. Eventually I left as they said they would not take the insurance without an ACN number (Been to the dentist multiple times and never needed this number). They didnt even bother calling my insurance for clarification. Instead, after I left, I called insurance and had to have United Concordia call Aspen Dental to explain to them that they only needed my benefits number. Front desk manager was very unhelpful, rude, and not willing to listen. Will not be re scheduling with them.
