Dr. Hehir is awesome. I asked a question on their contact us portal asking if they were accepting new patients and she replied herself from her Iphone after work hours. I called the next day and they had a same day appointment. I had a conflict but scheduled for the next day. She found an issue and was able to work me in the next day to resolve it. Very courteous receptionists and a nice clean office.

I was extremely nervous, to have a tooth extraction yesterday. The entire staff helped calm me down, and was very patient with me. The tooth extraction took a while, but it was not bad. I was expecting a lot worse. I woke up this morning not knowing what to expect, but I have had no pain, just a soreness from the shot. Dr. Wheeler did a great job, and I would give them more stars if I could.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Heirs office for several years Upon calling you the other day I was informed to get a tiny filling My insurance would have to be Verified on how much they would pay could take quite a while to verify as I stated I have money won’t this feeling to be permanent not a temporary this went on for several minutes until I had to literally tell the lady I would go find me a new dentist and I did I had a feeling put in the next morning went to coal mountain dentistry which is a new No verify the insurance in just a few minutes fixed tooth. I asked that Dr. heir Be notified of the situation she never tried to notify me or never apologize for her secretary I will not be returning I was treated so disrespectful thought we were friends wow guess you learn something new every day but as I was so wrongfully treated Coal Mountain dentistry is very nice people. I was really hurt the way I was treated after the years I came there thank you Dr. heir for not responding your insurance is more important than your friendship or your clients as I’ve told your secretary I had money to pay for this which made no difference to Total disrespect of the customer
