A-Plus Dentistry

Ali, this is Debbie. I am the Patient Coordinator for Dr. Farhang.When you applied for the FREE DENTAL IMPLANT CONSULT, I explained to you that we would take a 3D scan and all of the x-rays needed for Dr. Farhang to be able to give you a thorough exam, at NO COST to you. The ONLY fee you would pay would be $17.00, which is a fee to reserve your appointment time. You asked if you could pay at the time of visit, and I agreed.Your appointment was scheduled for 2:00PM, you came in after 3:30PM. (We agreed to see you even though you were late.) Dr. Farhang explained in detail, utilizing your x-rays and 3D scan, what you would need to improve your dental health. You told Dr. Farhang that you have never had a dentist explain in such detail, and how pleased you were with your visit. Kristi, our treatment coordinator, was assisting you in scheduling, and informed you that we do have financing options available for our patients if needed. You said that you would be interested in looking at financing, but you wanted to talk with your wife, and you would bring her in to discuss with Kristi and meet Dr. Farhang. You made an appointment for this as well. After you left, you requested your x-rays and CT scan. Kristi explained to you that the x-rays and scan belong to our office for proper diagnosis, but if you wanted them to take to another dentist, you would have to pay for them. Dr. Farhang wanted you to know how disappointed she is that you gave her such a terrible review, after you raved at how great your visit was. You, being a business man yourself, understand that reviews are important to companies. We go above and beyond to please our patients and give them the best care possible.
