I started my journey of exploring options for my dental emergency After looking through a few websites I can across NGS site The mission statement compassionate care From the first call to coming inside the office The ENTIRE staff made me feel welcome Dr. Cibirka thank you for making this process seamless and Shanta thank you for keeping me engaged at my most vulnerable time NGS is a feel good atmosphere dental care I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Skilled professionals, excellent in their field. Warm atmosphere. Minimal discomfort during procedures. Responsive and knowledgeable doctors. Impeccable cleanliness. Highly recommend.

I have searched for a good dentist for some years now. Never thought Id find a great dentist during a dental emergency, (to me it was an emergency.to my wife, I was being a grown up toddler), not just a dental emergency but a life threatening one! Really though, I saw Dr. Leo today who was filling in for another Dr. at North Georgia Smiles. FOR ONE: typically new patients need to fill out all this paperwork, run out of time because they couldnt fill it out quick enough before the appt, etc. Well North Georgia Smiles is the first to send me a mobile friendly link that I didnt have to zoom in on to see on my phone. Two: Im not the type to get lucky, but Ill tell you this, to have Dr. Leo be the Dentist I saw today, who specializes in what I needed done, who even has the highest honor one could receive in that specific area of dentistry, (I looked all this up after being very impressed) was an absolute miracle! The care from the moment I walked in until I was walking out to leave, every single person there treated me as if I was the most important patient in the building. Dr. Leo was making sure to teach as he worked which was admirable, and the typical procedure I got which is painful, was completed with no pain. Having this level of professionalism serve as a fill in Doctor just says that all Doctors here are just as precise and attentive and an expert at what they do. I would recommend North Georgia Smiles to anyone searching for a dentist and can say from personal experience, the search will be over after experiencing the level of service youd get here! Thanks you North Georgia Smiles! Ill smile tomorrow when the numbing medicine wears off Also they had me prepped for the eclipse today too!
