Washburn Family Dentistry

I just recently became a patient of Dr. Washburn. He and his staff are super friendly, professional and make me feel completely comfortable!! I wont be going anywhere else!

can not believe this place!! Had an appointment scheduled and I called in 2 days before my appointment to let them know I was not feeling good!They did not even care one bit about how I was feeling, they didn't even bother to ask if I  had a fever or sore throat nothing they insisted u need to make your appointment! I told them I needed to go and get a COVID test because I did not feel good and did not want to come to there office and contaminate everyone in there office! And not to mention contaminating all the oral medical equipment!So unbelievably they did not care one bit of how I felt nor did they even bother to ask one question of my symptoms! Straight up they said if you are not here for your appointment we will have to charge you the full price of your appointment and an additional $1200  on top for a no show fee! I  couldn't believe it!! Even though I called in 48 hours in advance and they still tried  to charge me the extra fee!Needless to say there was no way I was ever going to enter that  office!! Who knows how many COVID infected patients had been in and out of that medical office knowing that they didn't care one bit about, if their patients were ifected or not, knowing they didn't care about how I felt!! ! absolutely could not believe it !They were Blatantly intentionally spreading COVID carelessly, not even thinking about their patients only worried about collecting their money!! And  contributing to reinfecting society with not a care at all is JUST UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING!!!

Can I just say that this is the best Dental practice around!? Dr. Washburn and his staff are unbelievablely professional! Anyone who has ever been to Washburn Family Dentistry knows that the staff and Doctor are exceptionally caring and concerned about all aspects of you as a person. I would highly recommend going to see them!
