You get a sinking feeling when your older Windows 7 laptop won't boot up or restart. But, very thankful that Gary got us up and running again in short order for a fair and reasonable price. Hope we don't have any more problems with our older system, but if we do, for know for sure whee to go for help. Thanks, Gary!
