        I have been amazed by the customer service at this location. I’ve only had a couple small issues with my new boat and they have always been turned around the next day or the day after. Jason in support is fantastic. They definitely go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of customers.

        Great Staff,Very helpful. Come on in and check Marine Max out. Beautiful Marina. Good BBQ located at the Marina. Boats,Beautiful scenery and BBQ...what more could you ask for.

        Called about purchasing a bilge pump. Didn't realize that parts closes at 5pm. Caught the parts person getting into his car to leave. He reopened the store to sale me the pump. Excellent service. 5 🌟

        My husband and I just bought a boat on Lake Lanier and had to have it transported to Tennessee. I did not get to go when they took our boat over to Marine Max to be lifted out of the water but my husband was and all he has talked about since it has arrived home is ( How awesome Jason and the other employees are at Marine Max) he said I wish we had such a great place like them in Tennessee. So thanks to Jason and other employees for making it such a great day for him!!
