Loyal Construction recently renovated our large master bathroom. Washington was very helpful in planning the layout and design, and the crews were always very professional and considerate. Communication was great throughout the project, the work site was kept clean, and workers showed up as expected. The bathroom turned out great!

Loyal Construction and Services team did a fantastic job adding a patio cover over our existing patio. They handled the process from getting the build permits, creating a rendering of the finished build out, assigned a very knowledgeable foreman to the job and they kept the project on budget. The team was always courteous and hard working. They took their time making sure that their work was professional. They took pride in their work. The painters made sure that they covered the area to avoid paint getting on the areas that did not require it. The electrical team was excellent also. What I found to be helpful was when the foreman would suggest slight changes that improved the buildout even more. At the end of the project, a team came in and pressure scrubbed the patio and cleaned up all the left over building supplies. Loyal was always communicating with me to keep us on top the progress of the entire buildout from start to finish. They actually took the stress and headache out of the project for us. We highly recommend Loyal Construction and Services. I would definitely use them again.

We engaged Loyal for a complete master bathroom renovation. From our first meeting until project cleanup, Loyal was nothing short of amazing. They are excellent communicators and kept us apprised every day of the project. The project moved smoothly because of their craftsmanship and communication. They also cleaned up every day, which was wonderful. After all said and done, the work product is outstanding. We very much appreciate Loyal and would recommend their services to anyone.

Loyal Construction really did an excellent job with my renovations, I am very pleased with them and how everything turned out. They kept me updated on the status regularly and let me daily when the various team members would be arriving and who would be working on the renovations (whether it was the carpenter, plumber, tiler, etc.). They also completed everything on time as promised! I look forward to working with them again on future renovations that I already have planned! Great job team!
