        Friday 08/26/22 the banking software systems were down. No account updates (opening and closing, etc) could be done. Wasted time going to the branch. Ive worked in Banking IT systems and specifically for SunTrust for 3+ years in the past. This downtime is a representation of absolute chaos, customer focus and lack of IT systems management. Customers that are looking for Decent Banking experience - beware of this! And look right across the road for better banking options.
